At the last check (2026-10-19), the following were not located on FXFunds’ publicly readable pages: terms and conditions, client agreement, operator company name and address, licence or regulator details, complaints procedure, AML/KYC policy, privacy policy and cookie policy. See register entries REG-10 to REG-16.
Do not infer that a platform is authorised from claims on its website or from the presence of legal pages. Check with the regulator directly.
The terms should name the company you contract with, its registration number and its registered address. If these are missing, you may not know which company holds your money or which laws apply.
Examples of public registers and warning lists:
| Country / region | Regulator | Resource |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | FCA | Financial Services Register and warning list |
| United States | CFTC / NFA | NFA BASIC member search |
| Cyprus | CySEC | Regulated entities and warnings |
| Australia | ASIC | Professional registers and Moneysmart investor alerts |
| India | RBI / SEBI | RBI Alert List of unauthorised forex trading platforms; SEBI registered intermediaries |
Being registered in one country does not mean a platform may serve clients in another. Check that the authorisation covers your country and the products you plan to use.
The terms should explain how to make a complaint and whether an independent dispute-resolution body or compensation scheme applies. If no complaints process is published, ask for it in writing before depositing.
A privacy policy should explain:
Regulated platforms usually verify identity before allowing deposits or withdrawals. Only upload identity documents through the official platform on https://fxfunds.com/, never through links in unexpected messages or to people claiming to be support staff.
