FXFunds Platform FAQ is a documentation repository that answers frequently asked questions about the FXFunds platform: its stated services, advertised market categories, payment methods, account considerations and risks. Every answer is labelled to show whether it was confirmed from an official FXFunds source, is the platform’s own description, is unverified, could not be located, or is general guidance.

FXFunds describes itself as “an online trading platform with superior Web3 security technology, serving elite investors globally.” This is the platform’s own description from its website; it is not an independent review of the platform, its security or its clients.
The official website is https://fxfunds.com/. Treat other domains, social accounts or messages claiming to be FXFunds with caution, and check that you are on fxfunds.com before signing in or sending funds.
FXFunds describes online trading access to several financial market categories (see Trading and Markets) and cryptocurrency-related payment options (see Deposits and Withdrawals). Product details such as account types, fees, spreads and leverage were not found on publicly readable pages at the last check.
The operating company, registered address, jurisdiction and any licence or regulator were not found on publicly readable pages at the last check. Do not assume the platform is regulated. Check the operator’s name against the official register of the financial regulator in your country before opening an account.
Only on https://fxfunds.com/ and in the documents provided in your FXFunds account. This FAQ and the other FXFunds GitHub repositories are informational and are not official legal documents. The fxfunds-risk-disclosures repository keeps a register of official documents as they are located.
The website lists Forex, Commodities, Stocks, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and Gold & Oil. The specific instruments, trading hours and conditions in each category were not published on readable public pages at the last check.
Before trading any instrument, review its contract specification (size, tick value, trading hours), costs (spread, commission, overnight or swap fees), margin and leverage, the platform’s order execution rules, the client agreement and the risk disclosure. If any of these are not provided, ask for them in writing before depositing.
Trading terms should be provided by FXFunds on fxfunds.com or in your account. Public trading terms were not located at the last check. When they are found, they will be listed in the fxfunds-risk-disclosures document register with their URL and the date checked.
Leverage terms were not found on publicly readable pages at the last check. If leverage is offered on your account, remember that it increases both gains and losses, and losses can exceed what you expect. Confirm the leverage, margin call and stop-out levels for your account before trading.
FXFunds project materials describe USDT (Tether) on three networks: TON, Ethereum (ERC20) and Tron (TRC20). These were not confirmed on publicly readable pages at the last check. Always confirm the supported methods and networks on the deposit page inside your account.
Minimum deposit amounts, deposit or withdrawal fees and processing times were not found on publicly readable pages at the last check. Ask FXFunds for these in writing, and check them on the payment page before each transaction.
On the deposit or withdrawal page, check: the supported method and network, the minimum and maximum amounts, any fees, expected processing time, whether identity verification is needed first, and any memo, comment or reference you must include.
Check the amount, the payment method, the blockchain network (for crypto), the full destination address and any required memo or reference. Keep the transaction hash or payment reference until the transaction is complete; you will need it if there is a problem.
The open-source fxfunds-deposit-withdrawal-guide project explains common status stages (pending, processing, confirmed, completed, rejected, failed) in plain language. It is a general tool and is not connected to FXFunds accounts, so your account page remains the authoritative status.
FXFunds project materials describe USDT on TON, Ethereum (ERC20) and Tron (TRC20). Confirm which of these are currently enabled for your account on the official deposit page before sending funds.
USDT exists separately on each network. Sending USDT on a different network from the one the receiving address expects can make the funds unrecoverable. Each network also uses a different address format: Ethereum addresses start with 0x, Tron addresses start with T, and TON user-friendly addresses usually start with EQ or UQ.
Check the network and the full address (copy and paste, then compare the first and last characters), consider a small test transfer first, and make sure you hold the network’s native token for fees: ETH on Ethereum, TRX (or energy and bandwidth) on Tron, TON on TON. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed once confirmed.
This is set by the receiving platform, and FXFunds’ own requirement was not found publicly. The FXFunds open-source tools use reference defaults of 12 confirmations on Ethereum, 19 on Tron and 1 on TON; these are configurable defaults, not platform rules.
Check who operates the platform and where, whether that company is authorised by a financial regulator (using the regulator’s own register), the client agreement, risk disclosure, privacy notice, fees, and the conditions for withdrawing funds. If key documents are missing, treat that as a risk.
Use a unique, strong password and turn on two-factor authentication if available. Never share your password, one-time codes, wallet private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including people claiming to be support staff. Type fxfunds.com yourself instead of following links in unexpected messages.
Official risk disclosures should be provided on fxfunds.com or in your account. They were not located on publicly readable pages at the last check. The fxfunds-risk-disclosures repository explains the main risk categories and keeps a register of official documents as they are found.
No. Each answer shows when it was last checked and how it was verified. Platform details can change at any time, so check current official documentation before relying on any answer.
No. It is informational documentation and does not provide personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Every answer has a status label (Verified, Platform’s own description, Unverified, Not located or General guidance), a source and a last-checked date. The full list is in faq.json and on the Sources page.
The same FAQ ships as a small offline library for Node.js and Python, with search and a command-line tool.
